First Trailer for How to Make a Killing Starring Glen Powell and Margaret Qualley

According to CinemaDrame News Agency, the first official trailer for How to Make a Killing, written and directed by John Patton Ford, has been released. The trailer had been quietly screened in theaters last week.
How to Make a Killing is described as a revenge-themed film and follows a man named Beckett Redflow, played by Powell, who inherits a multibillion-dollar fortune and is determined to claim what is rightfully his at any cost.
The project was produced in the summer of 2024 and is based on the classic film Kind Hearts and Coronets, directed by Robert Hamer and released in 1949. Ed Harris, Jessica Henwick, and Topher Grace are also part of Ford’s cast.
Ford previously directed Emily the Criminal, which was made on a $2 million budget and received a 94% score on Rotten Tomatoes in 2022 based on more than 190 reviews. Powell recently starred in Edgar Wright’s The Running Man, which opened in third place with $16 million in its first week, and with this film may experience his second box-office disappointment in less than a year.
How to Make a Killing will be released on February 20, 2026.
